Margaret was out shopping in Bolton town centre in a major retail
outlet when she fell
down the bottom two steps. When she looked closely the edging
strip on the stairs was raised up slightly and was loose. She
made her complaint known to one of the young members of staff
who thought it was rather funny. Well who's laughing now!!
